Eligibility for Return

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Earrings must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Due to hygiene reasons, used earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
• A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

How to Request a Return

Once your request is approved, we will share the return instructions. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or store credit.

Refunds

• Refunds must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

Damages & Issues

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest method is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Return Shipping

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any reason. All items must meet the eligibility conditions mentioned above.
